* Manual operating on X and Y axes by using breaking bridge and head

* Hydraulic system helps on getting table vertically for safely and easily loading glass sheet

* Air cushion system provides easily move glass sheet on table by hand.

* Cutted glass pieces can be separated by pneumatic breaking bars.

 

 

This CNC glass Breaking machine is used for float glass shape cutting.

1. This machine working surface is equipped with air floating blower system for easy handing and shifting movement of the glass.

2. With hydraulically operated tilting table for stable and smooth ascending and descending motion and had pinions for catching the glass to ensure safety during loading of glass.

3. The pneumatically controlled X and Y glass breaking bars can be activated by individual foot pedal switch to control each work position and section for large size cutting.
