Automatic Vertical Type Super Spacer Insulated Glass Production Line
Section 01: Input conveyor
This section is mainly to transmit the glass into the washing and drying section. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.
Section 02: Glass washing and drying section
1. Stainless steel material and corrosion-resistant material adopted for all washing area, water tank, and waterway system.
2. The 6 brushes are driven by 6 motors independently, which will not affect the other motors working when any of them has problems.
3. The connection mode of brush and motor is coupling, the brush motor and brush are directly connected, and there will be no slip or motor idling phenomenon.
4. The front 3 brushes are soft brushes with diameter 0.1 mm, which are suitable for Low-E glass washing, to prevent the film damage, the back 3 brushes are hard brushes with diameter 0.2 mm, which are suitable for washing ordinary glass.

Section 06: Inside assembly & panel press with online argon gas inflation
1. Denser steel frame for a stronger machine body.
2. The panel press is controlled by Servo motor.
3. The front pressing plate steel frame is with two layers, the flatness can be adjusted. It ensures that the panel pressing achieve the best flatness after long-term use.
4. Each suction cup in the panel press equipped with one separate logic valve, and the suction cups work partitioned according to the size of the glass.
5. Automatic online gas filling: Suitable for double IGU & triple IGU; Argon inflation is from bottom side.
Section 07: Output conveyor.
This section is used to transmit and store the glass to improve the work efficiency.
When connect with sealing robot, this section can store glass units.
