Detailed Photos

Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating detection of section 01, can automatically detect Low-e glass.

The overall material is 304 stainless steel, all bearing bases/seats are 304 stainless steel.

 

A. Total 3 pairs of brushes. The front three brushes are soft brushes with brush hair diameter 0.1mm, the back three brushes are with diameter 0.2 mm, which can easily wash Low-e glass.

 

B. 3 sets of motors drive 3 pairs of brushes, connected by coupling. Compare with other supplier's belts connecting, coupling connection can avoid motor rotation without loading, and belts are wearing parts, need to be replaced frequently.

C. 3 motors are controlled separately by 3 groups of circuits, will not be influenced by each other.
 

Air knife: Hexagonal shape design, compared with the Cylindrical shape, much strong wind, dry glass fastn and better.
 

Air blower: big and strong, same with HJ machinery.

Feet with rubber pad, very little noise, no resonance, stable working.
Water tank: 304 stainless steel material, with water heating function, ensure to wash glass more clean in cold weather.
