This line Include 7 sections, can not only produce ordinary insulating glass but also for low-e insulating glass. It is a better mass production equipment to produce insulating glass with high automatic degree, high efficiency, easiness of operation and maintenance.

Adjustable conveying height, adjustable range is 550±20 mm.

Section 01: input converyor

The back plate with universal wheels, and the bottom transfer wheels are equipped with auxiliary load-bearing brackets.

These details are improved to be friendly to the processing of jumbo glass.

section 02: glass washing and drying section
 

Stainless steel material and corrosion-resistant material adopted for all washing area, water tank, and waterway system.

The 6 brushes are driven by 6 motors independently, which will not affect the other motors working when any of them has problems.

The front 3 brushes are soft brushes with diameter 0.1mm, which are suitable for Low-E glass washing, to prevent the film damage.

 
Section 04: Lights inspection & Aluminum spacer placement

High quality LED lamps be adopted for light inspection, energy saving.

The back plate is equipped with a movable door, which is convenient for workers to enter and check the cleaning cleaning condition of the glass back side.
