Insulating Glass Automatic Sealing Robot WASR2030
1.Integrated rack design minimizes the overall size if equipment and saves operation space.
2.The electirc control system and servo system all adopt Janpanese YASKAWA control system, which has fast operation speed and high stability.
3.Using touch screen interface, manual operation and fault diagnosis can be realized.
4.The program has memory function, and different types of glass paremeters can be called with one key.
5.Chain-type V-shaped block conveying makes the glass conveying stable and accurate.
6.Special V type transmission belt to avoid the sealant sticking on the belt and can realize the processing of ultra small pieces of glass. ensure the glass edge clean , V type Block is changeable.
7.Support sealant coating of quadruple glasses and step unit of insulating glass.(optional)
8.Two large sections and four small sections can mininmize the overall dimensions of the equipment and save the operating space.
9.Automatic corner repair function, realizing glass corner repairing function.
10.Two set of spreading sealant system can work completely independant(including mixer) one key switch for changing two component sealant.
2.Support rectangular double-glass and triple-glass double-cavity glass sealant coating.
4.Hydrulic system for dispensing and proportioning system, for stable dispensing and precise A&B.
5.Automatic sealant discharging function to avoid pipeline blockage caused by human factors.
6.Special design for checking the depth of sealant in order to control the spread of sealant atumatically.
