Automatic Spacer Shape Bending Machine ABM02
This machine is used for bending aluminum spacer in the production of insulating glass.

Bends Spacers In Almost Any Frame Shapes Automatically. It can bend almost any shapes including triangle, square, rectangle, trapezoid, pentagon, hexagon and polygon, etc. Spacer bars are loaded in a magazine rack and are feed into the bending machine automatically. Connection between spacer bars are done automatically.

Structure
It Consists of Loading Magazine Rack, Incline Table, Bending System, Cutting & Control System.

Spacer bars are loaded in magazine rack. Incline table is a structure where spacer bars are bent and lean. Bending system is composed of bending tools, support rollers and pneumatic system. Cutting system includes motorized cutting blade to cut spacer bar instantaneously. Control system is used to control the complete automatic and frame data transfer and storage.

Feeding system adopts CNC servo motor, bending angle uses CNC control system.
Can bend almost any shapes.
All bending within the frome is done automatically and continuously.

Bending and cutting automatically avoid the spacer connection, the roundness, automatically cut after bending.
