Double Water Wet Belt Edging Machine
Equipment Advantages:
1. The edge grinding effect is good, which can achieve the edge grinding effect of CNC seaming machine.
2. It can solve the problem that a small piece of glass below 800x400mm can not be ground by four-sideded grinding.
3. Some special-shaped glass can be ground: For example, triangle, trapezoidal, semi-circular, circular, partial wavy and others shaped glass.
4. It can grind the safety angle and reduce the hidden danger of safety(which is also one of the functions that the four-sideed grinding does not have).
5. Energy consumption is relatively low, with less than 2kw/h of power.

This machine is composed of a main machine and work table (optional).

The surface of the worktable is equipped with an equal spaced universal wheel to support the glass which need to be edged.
 

Why does glass need edge grinding? Mainly ground edging before IG processing.
1. Reduce brush wearing. Can prolong the glass washing brushes life double times.
2. Reduce the wear of the conveyor. Can prolong the glass conveying rollers life.
3. After cutting the glass, the edge is very sharp. Edge grinding can make sure the operator's hands are safe.
4. Glass edging can remove the cracks on the glass edge due to cutting, eliminate the phenomenon of stress concentration, and Increase glass strength.
