This Sealing Robot are used for Second Sealing of insulating glass processing.
It can realize the connection with IG line, automatically read the production data of the IG line, including glass thickness, aluminum spacer specification, glass size, etc., no need to input the data by manual.
Suitable for Double glass/Triple glass/ Quadruple glass and Step glass and Shape-glass sealant coating.
Two set of spreading sealant system can work completely independant(including mixer) one key switch for changing two component sealant.
Machine Features:
1.Integrated rack design minimizes the overall size if equipment and saves operation space.
2.The electirc control systerm and servo system all adopt Janpanese YASKAWA control system, which has fast operation speed and high stability.
3.Using touch screen interface, manual operation and fault diagnosis can be realized.

5.Chain-type V-shaped block conveying makes the glass conveying stable and accurate.
