This Full Automatic Insulating Glass Aluminum Spacer Bar Bending Machine is used for bending aluminum spacer in the production of insulating glass. It is under control of PLC system with orientation and bending carrying out automatically.
Its performance is reliable and it is easy to operate. Aluminum bar bending effect is good, convenient for spreading the butyl rubber.
PLC control, touch screen simple operation
Feeding system adopts CNC servo motor, bending angle uses CNC control system.
Four material storage slots for four different specifications of spacers.
Bending and cutting automatically avoid the spacer connection, the roundness, automatically cut after bending.
